WHERE ARE AMEXE SHOES MADE?

AMEXE designs our shoes in-house and we produce most of our designs locally. We do have a factory in China that produces some of our heavier shoes.

ARE YOUR SHOES IN US OR UK SIZES?

Our shoes follows the Europe sizes at the purchasing options.
There will be a size chart to follow according to your size feet, which you can refer to it if you're unsure of which size you are.

DO YOU HAVE HALF SIZES?

Unfortunately, we don't stock half-sizes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are not shipping internationally.
However we do sell in a third party platform at Zalora which ships to Brunei and Malaysia.

WHEN DO WE RESTOCK OUR ITEMS?

We restock our items every 3-5 working days.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Our opening hours are from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and 10am to 3pm on weekends. For enquiries outside of our operating hours, we will get in touch as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

There are few payment options you can select such as Credit or Debit Card and Paypal

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Amexe will accept, for return or exchange , items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your items within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged  after 14 days from the receipt order. Items must be returned with all Amexe tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxs and dust bags.
